The question I ask myself like almost every day is: 'Am I doing the most important thing I could be doing?' Unless I feel like I'm working on the most important problem that I can help with, then I'm not going to feel good about how I'm spending my time. And that's what this company is.

Every man, every woman who has to take up the service of government, must ask themselves two questions: 'Do I love my people in order to serve them better? Am I humble and do I listen to everybody, to diverse opinions in order to choose the best path?' If you don't ask those questions, your governance will not be good.

I pick up the details that drive the organization insane. But sweating the details is more important than anything else.

I try to spend my time on areas that I think are important for the future, and where I think I can add value.

I never thought of myself as the leader. The most important person, perhaps.
