Every action in company ought to be with some sign of respect to those present.

People need a "Why?". I'm a big fan of Simon Sinek, people need to know why they're doing what they're doing, me included, and they want to work at a company with values and a culture that matches those values and I think that those things matter even in a pure tech company.

I ask people to visualize the company five years from now. At that point, each of us should look around and say, "The standards are so high now-boy, I'm glad I got in when I did!"

Good company, good wine, good welcome, can make good people.

I just like the company of beautiful women. I have a weakness in that department. And I suppose because I am fairly well off and a famous musician, I'm up for grabs. And that makes me an eligible bachelor in the press.
