Truth is the offspring of silence and meditation. I keep the subject constantly before me and wait 'til the first dawnings open slowly, by little and little, into a full and clear light.

Don't give yourself to negligence. Don't devote yourself to sensual pleasure. Vigilant and absorbed in meditation, one attains abundant happiness.

Don't run after pleasure and neglect the practice of meditation. If you forget the goal of life and get caught in the pleasures of the world, you will come to envy those who put meditation first.

Transcendental Meditation gives me an island of calm in the midst of so much turbulence.

Every time you meditate you will keep your growth.

Meditate, Ānanda, do not delay, or else you will regret it later. This is our instruction to you.
