The truth is that the naysayers in your life can never be fully satisfied. Whether you hide or shine, they'll always feel threatened because they don't believe they are enough. So stop paying attention to them.

We need a fundamental change of mindset with regards to the way we speak and behave about sex and sexuality. Boys and men have a particularly critical role in this regard, changing the chauvinist and demeaning ways sexuality and women were traditionally dealt with in both our actions and speaking.

We are what we think we are.

There seems to be an attitude problem, as if we cannot shake ourselves out of a mindset of limited achievement.

Mind is never a problem mindset is.

Life is a race. And the only way to win is to make yourself better every day.
