Mind is never a problem mindset is.

We need a fundamental change of mindset with regards to the way we speak and behave about sex and sexuality. Boys and men have a particularly critical role in this regard, changing the chauvinist and demeaning ways sexuality and women were traditionally dealt with in both our actions and speaking.

We are what we think we are.

You're only as much as you settle for. If they settle for being somebody's dishwasher that's their own f***ing problem. If you don't settle for that and you keep fighting it, you know, you'll end up anything you want to be.

I realized then that if something is at stake, the human mind gets ignited and working capacity gets enhanced manifold.

I reminded myself that the best way to win was to not need to win. The best performances are accomplished when you are relaxed and free of doubt.
