As we make investments in technology and learn how to automate things, we want our people to learn that and go with us.

I think as we all work to learn and navigate the future towards a world where AI fulfills its promise, the best way to do that is to work together and to share information and learn together. It'll speed up our ability to get ahead of this so that we can do a better job of setting our associates up for success.

I think most Americans probably don't know what a tech makes that helps take care of our stores and clubs and that we can help them learn how to be a tech. The same thing's true for our drivers. So we have a need to get the word out so that people know there are some great jobs.

Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids working together and motivating them, the teacher is the most important.

AI is developing at an unprecedented scale and speed and being adapted and deployed even faster. There is also a deep interdependence across borders. Therefore, there is a need for collective global efforts to establish governance and standards that upload our shared values, address risks, and build trust. But governance is not just about managing rifts and rivalries. It is also about promoting innovation and deploying it for the global good. So we must think deeply and discuss openly about innovation and governance.

Keeping technology at the forefront, we need to further speed up our defence programme & keep pace with the world.
