Hopefully in the future, asking if a company is building a metaverse will sound as ridiculous as asking a company how their internet is going.

In the future, instead of just doing this over a phone call, you'll be able to sit as a hologram on my couch, or I'll be able to sit as a hologram on your couch, and it'll actually feel like we're in the same place, even if we're in different states or hundreds of miles apart.

Every business in the future, just like they have an email address, a website, and a social media presence today, is going to have an AI agent that their customers can talk to in the future.

Our vision is that there should be a lot of different AI out there and AI services, not just one singular AI... I think we're going to live in a world where there are going to be hundreds of millions or billions of different AI agents eventually, probably more AI agents than there are people in the world.

There's something magical in the realm of building social experiences around the feeling of human presence and being there with another person and this physical perception where we're very physical beings. A few years ago, I would have predicted that AR holograms would have been available before full-scale AI. Now, I think it's probably going to be the other order.
