Favor comes because for a brief moment in the great space of human change and progress some general human purpose finds in him a satisfactory embodiment.

Change based on principle is progress. Constant change without principle becomes chaos.

Technology empowers the less empowered. If there is a strong force that bring a change in the lives of those on the margins it is technology. It serves as a leveler and a springboard.

The remains of the old must be decently laid away; the path of the new prepared. That is the difference between Revolution and Progress.

The most serious threat to our institutions comes from those who refuse to face the need for change.
