Happiness is not on my list of priorities. I just deal with day-to-day things. If I'm happy, I'm happy - and if I'm not, I don't know the difference... Knowing that you are the person you were put on this earth to be - that's much more important than just being happy.

I don't know whether the universe, with its countless galaxies, stars, and planets, has a deeper meaning or not. Every single being, even those who are hostile to us, is just as afraid of suffering as we are, and seeks happiness in the same way we do. Every person has the same right as we do to be happy and not to suffer. So let's take care of others wholeheartedly, of both our friends and our enemies. This is the basis for true compassion.

Everyone wants to lead a happy life. However, real happiness is not about having money or power, it's about achieving inner peace. If you have peace of mind, you'll be happy by night and day.
