If today were the last day of my life, Would I want to do what I'm about to do today? And whenever the answer has been "no" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new.

Shake off this erroneous notion that life is there and you're just gonna live in it, versus embrace it, change it, improve it, make your mark upon it.

Gratitude can transform any situation. It alters your vibration, moving you from negative energy to positive. It's the quickest, easiest, most powerful way to effect change in your life - this I know.

Life is about growth and change. When you are no longer doing that-that is your whisper; that is your whisper that you are supposed to do something else.

If you want your life to be more rewarding, you have to change the way you think.
