Whatever you do, you must never let the voice in your head control the brain in your heart.

There are really two core principles at play here. There's giving people a voice so that people can express their opinions. Then, there's keeping the community safe, which I think is really important. We're not gonna let people plan violence or attack each other or do bad things.

Back, you know, a few generations ago, people didn't have a way to share information and express their opinions efficiently to a lot of people. But now they do. Right now, with social networks and other tools on the Internet, all of these 500 million people have a way to say what they're thinking and have their voice be heard.

Companies with cultures that celebrate diverse opinions and encourage the exchange of ideas have an advantage when solving difficult problems. A company that doesn't is at a clear disadvantage.

I only follow my voice inside. If it guides me wrong and I do not win, I'll learn from my mistakes and try to achieve again.

Look, people are allowed their own opinions and they don't always coincide with yours. As an artist you just have to keep plugging on.
