The only way to know is to Live, Learn, and Grow.

Just because you are CEO, don't think you have landed. You must continually increase your learning, the way you think, and the way you approach the organization. I've never forgotten that.

I always say the minute I stop making mistakes is the minute I stop learning and I've definitely learned a lot.

Just cause you live in the ghetto doesn't mean you can't grow.

It is in the character of growth that we should learn from both pleasant and unpleasant experiences.

Some mistakes will be made along the way. That's good. Because some decisions are being made along the way. We'll find the mistakes. We'll fix them.
