Young entrepreneurs will make a difference in the Indian ecosystem.

Being a good corporate citizen is really important. We operate in a lot of different countries all around the world. We need to help build those communities from being good individuals and that is what I am trying to do in my personal philanthropy - is setting an example hopefully for other entrepreneurs who will build things in the future for how you should give back to the community and to the world.

It's very important for entrepreneurs to be realistic. So if you believe on that first day while you're writing the business plan that there's a 70 percent chance that the whole thing will fail, then that kind of relieves the pressure of self-doubt.

New startups embody the creativity, the innovation of young people, and for me, it was and is a very worthwhile experience to interact with them.

There've been times when leaders have to make decisions, and if you had read my 360 when I first started as a CEO, it would've repetitively said, "You take too long to make decisions, you're participative and that's good, but you need to move faster, be decisive." And as the years went, that stopped being on my 360 because I think I got more confident and more self-aware that sometimes decisions just needed to be made.

Some entrepreneurs talk of a high burn rate, high advertising rate, and so on, with no outcome, so it doesn't impress me. But an entrepreneur who has that kind of a feeling of responsibility towards his investors is somebody who will have all my support.
