Women feel empowered when they can do the things that are supposed to be only for men, you know? It breaks boundaries, it's liberating, and it's empowering when you feel like, 'Well, I can do that, too.'

Human kind is made up of two sexes, women and men. Is it possible that a mass is improved by the improvement of only one part and the other part is ignored? Is it possible that if half of a mass is tied to earth with chains and the other half can soar into skies?

To awaken the people, it is the women who must first be awakened. Once she is on the move, the family moves, the village moves, the nation moves.

Women helping each other - coaching, mentoring, and providing tips - is a great way for us to be our own force.

We need to reshape our own perception of how we view ourselves. We have to step up as women and take the lead.

The glass ceiling will go away when women help other women break through that ceiling.
