In every age there comes a time when a leader must come forward to meet the needs of the hour. Therefore, there is no potential leader who does not have the opportunity to make a positive difference in society.

There is nothing like a concrete life plan to weigh you down. Because if you always have one eye on some future goal, you stop paying attention the the job at hand, miss opportunities that might arise, and stay fixedly on one path, even when a better, newer course might have opened up.

Opportunities may come along for you to convert something-something that exists into something that didn't yet.

Leadership is hard to define and good leadership even harder. But if you can get people to follow you to the ends of the earth, you are a great leader.

A leader should give the credit of the success to the team members. But when failure comes, leaders should absorb the failures and protect the team members.

The challenge of a leader is looking around the corner... and making the change before it's too late to make the change.
