I don't believe in work-life balance. I believe in work-life integration. Make your work and life meaningful and fulfilling, and they will complement each other.

Together with a culture of work, there must be a culture of leisure as gratification. To put it another way: people who work must take the time to relax, to be with their families, to enjoy themselves, read, listen to music, play a sport.

I don't really do that whole 'single life' thing. I'm kind of heads down and get things done.

The less I say the more my work gets done.

Most people like working, but they'd also like to have more time with their family or to pursue their own interests.

You need to get one thing done well, or else you don't have permission to do anything else.
