What I know for sure is that speaking your truth is the most powerful tool we all have. And I am especially proud and inspired by all the women who have felt strong enough and empowered enough to speak up and share their personal stories.

I think a lot of people love to convolute what everyone else does in order to disempower women.

The last thing a young woman needs is another picture of a sexy pop star writing in sand, covered in grease, touching herself.

Other women who are killing it should motivate you, thrill you, challenge you and inspire you.

With the help of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, we have formed a Council with our neighbors in Canada to help ensure that women entrepreneurs have access to the networks, markets and capital they need to start a business and live out their financial dreams.

The glass ceiling will go away when women help other women break through that ceiling.
