We do benefit from the fact that once we say we're going to do it, people believe we can do it, because we have the resources. Google helps in that way: There aren't many funding mechanisms like that.

When you look at what was happening with e-commerce and how big that was going to become, there's the big wave of India, there's the big wave of e-commerce, and then there's the question of, "Is this the brand to invest in?". We developed this confidence in that team, and so far we've been proven to be right about that.

The biggest moments of insecurity come when all self-confidence is lost and you feel like people are watching and judging. It should be the opposite.
