Children show me in their playful smiles the divine in everyone.

Few things make the life of a parent more rewarding and sweet as successful children.

It is my greatest wish that the Children's Fund should continue to be a beacon of hope and light.

I figure all any kid needs is hope and the feeling he or she belongs. If I could do or say anything that would give some kid that feeling, I would believe I had contributed something to the world.

The purpose is Divine; the implementation is human. Our country and its government have made mistakes - human mistakes.

From my point of view, God is the light that illuminates the darkness, even if it does not dissolve it, and a spark of divine light is within each of us.
