If Russia and I are unable to make a deal on stopping the bloodshed in Ukraine, and if I think it was Russia's fault - which it might not be - but if I think it was Russia's fault, I am going to put secondary tariffs on oil, on all oil coming out of Russia.

I'm not happy with Israel. You know, when I say, 'OK now you have 12 hours,' you don't go out to the first hour, just drop everything you have on, so I'm not happy with them. I'm not happy with Iran either.

I think I have the power to end this war, and I think it's going very well. But today I heard, 'Oh, well, we weren't invited.' Well, you've been there for three years. You [Ukraine] should have never started it. You could have made a deal.

This War [Russian-Ukraine] is far more important to Europe than it is to us. We have a big, beautiful Ocean as separation.
