One of the basic points is kindness. With kindness, with love and compassion, with a feeling that is the essence of brotherhood and sisterhood, one will have inner peace. This compassionate feeling is the basis of inner peace.

You can develop the right attitude toward others if you have kindness, love and respect for them, and a clear realization of the oneness of all human beings.

My message is always the same: to cultivate and practice love, kindness, compassion and tolerance.

Whatever possession we gain by our sword cannot be sure or lasting, but the love gained by kindness and moderation is certain and durable.

The key to genuine happiness is in our hands. To think this way is to discover the essential values of kindness, brotherly love and altruism. The more clearly we see the benefits of these values, the more we will seek to reject anything that opposes them; in this way we will be able to bring about inner transformation.

Love and Compassion are the true religions to me. But to develop this, we do not need to believe in any religion.
