Never rush an emotion; everything in life has a rhythm, it is the pauses and silences that speak the truth.

Keeping your emotions all locked up is something that's unfair to you. When you clearly know how you feel. You should say it.

You know, I have to have the umph. I've got to feel it, because if it's not getting through to me, the audience sure as hell aren't going to feel it either.
