Most people are prisoners, thinking only about the future or living in the past. They are not in the present, and the present is where everything begins.

The mind is everything. What you think you become.

Everybody has that point in their life where you hit a crossroads and you've had a bunch of bad days and there's different ways you can deal with it and the way I dealt with it was I just turned completely to music.

We need a fundamental change of mindset with regards to the way we speak and behave about sex and sexuality. Boys and men have a particularly critical role in this regard, changing the chauvinist and demeaning ways sexuality and women were traditionally dealt with in both our actions and speaking.

None can destroy iron, but its own rust can! Likewise, none can destroy a person, but his own mindset can!

Men are not prisoners of fate, but only prisoners of their own minds.
