The question of truth is really a question of memory, deep memory, for it deals with something prior to ourselves and can succeed in uniting us in a way that transcends our petty and limited individual consciousness. It is a question about the origin of all that is, in whose light we can glimpse the goal and thus the meaning of our common path.

You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.

The spirit desires to remain with its body, because, without the organic instruments of that body, it can neither act, nor feel anything.

The soul can never be corrupted with the corruption of the body, but it is like the wind which causes the sound of the organ, and which ceases to produce a good effect when a pipe is spoilt.

Every soul that has perception is, though in different times and in different organs of sense and motion, still the same indivisible person.

We need silence to be able to touch souls. The essential thing is not what we say but what God says to us and through us.
