Cool means being able to hang with yourself. All you have to ask yourself is 'Is there anybody I`m afraid of? Is there anybody who if I walked into a room and saw, I`d get nervous?' If not, then you`re cool.

You're just left with yourself all the time, whatever you do anyway. You've got to get down to your own God in your own temple. It's all down to you, mate.

It is so liberating to really know what I want, what truly makes me happy, what I will not tolerate. I have learned that it is no one else's job to take care of me but me.

To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.
