Lust for the future, treasure the past.

It's easy to get buried in the past when you try to make a good thing last.

I try to learn from the past, but I plan for the future by focusing exclusively on the present. That's where the fun is.

You cannot dwell on the past. You have to focus on the future.

We do not regret this, we simply state the fact and know that we need to look ahead, not backwards. We will not allow the past to drag us down and stop us from moving ahead. We understand where we should move. But we must act based on a clear understanding of what happened.

I don't carry the burden of the past or the madness of the future. I live in the present.
