Be honest, truthful, and altruistic. If you concern yourself with taking care of others, there'll be no room for lies, bullying, and cheating. If you're truthful you can live transparently, which will enable you to establish trust, the basis for making friends.

Repetition does not transform a lie into a truth.

This is preeminently the time to speak the truth, the whole truth, frankly and boldly.

The question whether truth is necessary, must not merely be affirmed beforehand, but must be affirmed to such an extent that the principle, belief, or conviction finds expression, that there is nothing more necessary than truth, and in comparison with it everything else has only a secondary value.

Truth at last cannot be hidden. Dissimulation is of no avail. Dissimulation is to no purpose before so great a judge. Falsehood puts on a mask. Nothing is hidden under the sun.

As human beings, we each have a responsibility to care for humanity. Expressing concern for others brings inner strength and deep satisfaction. As social animals, human beings need friendship. But friendship doesn't come from wealth and power. It comes from showing compassion and concern for others.
