Creativity is the key to success in the future, and primary education is where teachers can bring creativity in children at that level.

The moral faculties are generally esteemed, and with justice, as of higher value than the intellectual powers. But we should always bear in mind that the activity of the mind in vividly recalling past impressions is one of the fundamental though secondary bases of conscience. This fact affords the strongest argument for educating and stimulating in all possible ways the intellectual faculties of every human being.

I'm not dismissing the value of higher education; I'm simply saying it comes at the expense of experience.

I'll tell you what leadership is. It's persuasion and conciliation, and education, and patience.

It's when children are 15, 16 or 17 that they decide whether they want to be a doctor, an engineer, a politician or go to the Mars or moon. That is the time they start having a dream, and that's the time you can work on them. You can help them shape their dreams.

The purpose of education is to make good human beings with skill and expertise... Enlightened human beings can be created by teachers.
