Total commitment is not just hard work, it is total involvement. It is bout setting a goal. It is having a goal in front of you that makes a difference to the final outcome of your hard work.

Failure will never overtake me if my definition to succeed is strong enough.

I firmly believe that unless one has tasted the bitter pill of failure, one cannot aspire enough for success.

When we tackle obstacles, we find hidden reserves of courage and resilience we did not know we had. And it is only when we are faced with failure do we realise that these resources were always there within us. We only need to find them and move on with our lives.

I've often felt there might be more to be gained by studying business failures than business successes.
